1.1 Digital Products (E-books & Digital Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of E-books, digital activity sheets, or PDF downloads (including those under Creative Quest or Mira V. Sunrae) are final and non-refundable. Once the download link is provided or the file is sent, the transaction is complete.

1.2 Physical Products (Books & Merchandise)

We accept returns for physical products only if they are damaged, defective, or the incorrect item was sent.

Return Window: You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the item.

Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

Mandatory Requirement (Unboxing Video): To prevent disputes, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package to the discovery of the damage. Without this video, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as “Sale” or purchased during a promotional clearance.Personalized or autographed copies of books. Used or opened merchandise (e.g., candles, apparel, or stationery).

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [Your Email Address] and send your item to our fulfillment center in Pune, Maharashtra.
