Order Processing Time

• All orders for physical books and merchandise are processed within 2–3 business days.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
• In the event of a high volume of orders (e.g., a new release of The Chakra Chronicles), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or SMS if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Domestic (Within India): Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing.
• International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination (typically 10–21 business days). Any customs duties or taxes levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Creative Chronix is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping by the carrier. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately to file a claim.
